Competency Assessments
Where competency assessments are conducted as part of a course requirement, they shall be conducted by a person qualified to Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

All competency assessments conducted are to be fair and are to take into account any cultural and linguistic needs (e.g.: through the provision, where necessary, of interpreter services or evaluation through demonstration or question and answer instead of written testing).
